Why Polin.

Relevant background

Polin. was founded by Anouc Linning, who previously headed the legal department of Startupbootcamp for over eight years. She led the legal structuring, negotiation and execution of investments across an international portfolio of 900+ startups, including 47 SPVs representing 75+ direct equity investors and 200+ IPO investors.

Her work included corporate governance, startup investments, portfolio administration, minority shareholdings, SPVs, KYC processes, cap tables, shareholder decisions, notarial coordination, corporate documentation and the practical management of complex legal and operational workstreams.
