Polin. was founded by Anouc Linning — a corporate lawyer and legal operations specialist with over a decade of experience across private practice, in-house legal and investment management.
About Anouc Linning
Before founding Polin., Anouc spent eight years as Global Director Legal & Investments at Startupbootcamp — one of the world's leading startup accelerators. She built and ran the in-house legal function from scratch, led over 300 venture and corporate transactions, and structured 47 SPVs representing more than 75 direct equity investors and 200 IPO investors across an international portfolio of 900+ startups.
Prior to that, she worked at DLA Piper and CERTA Legal, where she trained as a corporate lawyer. She holds a Master's degree in law from the University of Amsterdam and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
Anouc has sat on both sides of the table — as counsel, as the person coordinating notaries and investors at 11pm before a close, and as the right hand making sure everything that needed to happen actually happened. That experience is the foundation of how Polin. works.
Background
The practice
Polin. sits at the intersection of corporate law, governance, legal operations, investment oversight and strategic executive support.
Most lawyers advise. Most assistants execute. Polin. does both — understanding the legal and operational complexity of a situation, identifying what actually needs to happen, and making sure it gets done.
The clients who work with Polin. are founders, investors and executives who need serious expertise and a trusted right hand. They don't need someone to tell them what the law says. They need someone who can take the complexity off their plate and handle it properly.
